Follow-up all design deliverable documents for the entire company including layout, manuals,
technical specs, schedules, or any other documentation to ensure that the client receives all the information needed for the construction of the project.

• Create checklist with correction to construction layouts and manuals.

• Create construction solutions for design problems protecting the designers intent and accomplishing the construction in the most feasible and cost effective way.

• Find inconsistencies and conflicts between architecture, structures, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, data, etc.

• Advise designers in type of materials, fixtures and finishes for design solution involving carpentry, gypsum builds, electrical installation, plumbing installation, etc.

• Train the team involved in the drawing of construction layout to generate clear and simple documents for the on field personal.

• Create standards manuals and standards solution for recurring design problems to be applied in future projects.
